Hybrid Training
The Hybrid League method is designed to produce the most well-rounded athletes on the planet. Every session, every week, every block — engineered to push you across every domain of fitness while the global leaderboard holds you accountable.

Daily Structure
No wasted minutes. Every session follows a proven sequence to maximise performance and minimise injury risk.
Joint preparation, dynamic stretches, and activation drills. Open the hips, wake up the shoulders, prime the engine.
A primary barbell or loaded movement. Squat, press, pull, or hinge — heavy and focused. This is where you build raw power.
The workout of the day. An AMRAP, EMOM, endurance piece, or VO2 max interval set. The conditioning heart of the session.
Weekly Schedule
Each day targets a specific stimulus — strength, endurance, power, or recovery.
Monday
Squat variation and short conditioning finisher.
Tuesday
Push and pull variations and a VO2 Max conditioning workout.
Wednesday
Hinge variations and accessory work.
Thursday
Long endurance day typically 40 minute workout with machines and bodyweight exercises.
Friday
Shoulders and Full Body Power — Explosive conditioning.
Saturday
All about longevity, farmers carries, sled pushes, sled pulls and accessories.
Sunday
Active recovery — light mobility, walking, or complete rest.
Periodization
Every season follows five distinct blocks. Each block serves a purpose — together they form a complete training arc.
Build capacity. Higher volume at moderate intensity. Establish movement patterns and work capacity.
Increase intensity. Transition from general preparation toward competition-specific demands.
Sharpen the edge. Lower volume, higher intensity. Rehearse competition pacing and strategy.
A benchmark week. Run the same workouts across the League for a global leaderboard snapshot.
Recover and adapt. Reduced volume and intensity to absorb the previous block before the next cycle.
